I am posting the rules and dates to the race now if you any questions please ask, try to post them so that everyone can read reply if one person has a question odds are that someone else will have the same question. We have 2 spots open as of right now. This is a first come basis.
Dates : April 13TH- 14TH Race starts at 10:00 AM. I will open the track at 8:00am that morning or earlier if needed.
The track will also be open the Friday before the race at 10:00. If you would like more time please let me know and I will try to work with you.

Entry fee $40.00 per team member all teams must have at least four drivers.
Food and Drink we will have food and drinks through out the race.
A) No modifications allowed to chassis or body unless otherwise specified.
B) Any 1/32 scale GT or LMP car with a plastic chassis and body is allowed.
A) No exterior modifications to the body allowed – modifications to interior of the body cannot be visible from the exterior. All “glass” that comes with a given stock body must be present.
B) Lexan cockpits are allowed. Cockpits must be taped or glued in place.
C) No tape is allowed on the exterior of the body or wing.
D) All cars must have numbers in at least three places.
E) Light kits are mandatory. We will be running a portion of the race in darkness. Lights do not need to be on until the host requires them. Must have at least one front and one rear light on during the required times of darkness.
F) Light kits must be a commercially available slot car lighting kit.
G) Custom paint schemes are allowed (refer to Body Rule D).
A) Any stock, plastic 1/32 chassis used on a production 1/32 slot car is allowed. You are allowed to remove flashing and sand the chassis to allow for body float (maximum gap of 1/32” between chassis and body). No other chassis modifications are allowed.
B) Homemade or scratch built chassis are not allowed. Metal chassis, including chassis with a combination of plastic and metal components, are not allowed.
C) Chassis must fit the body without any modification. You may use a different chassis than was intended for the car I.E. a Scale auto radical in a Toyota GT1. You may also use any updated chassis for a car I.E. Slot it EVO 6
D) All ballast must be securely fastened (tape or glue) to the inside of the car – it may be secured to the chassis and/or body. No weight on the bottom of the car or outside of the body.
E) Any brand of 1/32 guide flag may be used, minor modification is allowed, you may also shim inside the hole to remove guide slop. Guide post may not be modified or strengthened.
F) Front axle screws maybe used and installed to adjust axle ride height.
G) Pick up braid and motor wire is free choice.
H) Independent front axle is allowed.
I) Suspension is allowed.
J) 2WD only.
K) Wheel /tire must not protrude past the body when viewed from above.
L) Minimum ground clearance of .020”.
M) Tape allowed (required?) on the bottom of chassis to cover screw holes so screws don’t come out and damage the track.
N) Tape allowed across pod to control float.
O) HRS chassis is allowed
Motor / pod
A) Motor is free choice no R.P.M. Limit. Motor cannot be opened for modification.
B) Motor pod is free choice but must be plastic and fit the chassis with no modifications (refer to Chassis section A.
C) Flashing may be removed and light sanding to allow for pod float.
D) Motor may be glued or taped to chassis or motor pod, screws are allowed.
A) All gearing is free choice of brand.
Wheels / Axles / Bushings
A) Any brand of wheel designed for 1/32 cars is allowed. Refer to chassis section I
B) Hollow axles are allowed.
C) Axles must be 3/32” or 2.5mm (Ninco) in diameter.
D) Free choice on axle bushings. Ball bearings are allowed.
E) Axle spacers are allowed (refer to Chassis section I)
F) Wheels must have GT or LMP appearance (i.e. no plain wheels).
A) Silicone compound only - Any brand of tire designed for 1/32 cars is allowed
B) Tires may be glued and trued.
1. Repairs requiring tools or new parts may only be done in the team's designated pit area with a race marshal present.
Repairs may only be done during the time between the heat start and the heat end.
- Repairs may continue even though a track call has momentarily stopped the racing.
- Mechanic must step away from repairs during intermission/lane change time between heats.
A) Each team is required to have at least one marshal if the team marshal is not in place at the start of the heat the team will not receive any laps until he / she is in place.
B) Each team is required to at least one working flash light for the night racing part of the race.
Any part on the car can be replaced as often as needed.
Exception: Body may not be replaced, only repaired.
Minor use of tape or glue is acceptable as long as it does not represent a risk to other cars or the track.
Body repairs are required to be done if body is at risk of damaging the track or impeding other cars on track.
Parts may not be pre-assembled as full chassis modules.
1. Pinion on motor is okay.
2. Tires on wheels are okay.
3. Braid in guide is okay.
4. Rear Axle with gear is okay.
5. A ferrule on pickup wire is okay.
6. Solder blob on wire is okay.
1. Chassis plate with any part (guides, Axles, spacer, wheels, motor pods) is not allowed. Chassis plate must be bare.
2. Motor pod with any part (motor, rear axle, spacers) is no Chassis plate must be bare.
